Yes, Rock Creek Commons is a pet-friendly community. Residents may have a single dog or cat, and are responsible for registering the
pet with the Association. Fish, birds or other small caged pets may be kept without the need for registration. A $50/mo pet surcharge
and a 2-year lease are also required if you would like to move in with a pet.
Is there a security deposit and what is the application process?
