Yes, this condo is located in a pet-friendly community. Residents may have a single dog or cat, and are responsible providing proof of rabies vaccinations. A $50/mo pet surcharge and a 2-year lease are also required if you would like to move in with a pet. Fish, birds or other small caged pets may be kept without the need for a surcharge.
