What Do I Have To Do?
Simply provide us with leads for properties. While you're driving to work, walking the neighborhood, talking to
friends, family or co-workers or even while running errands, keep your eyes and ears open for signs that
somebody might need to sell their property fast. Or send us a list of properties that are For Sale By Owner
(FSBO), appear vacant or are in need of repair. It's that easy! Please don't send us addresses of properties
that appear the be listed with an agent or HUD/VA/Bank foreclosures - we already have sources for that
information.
How Do I Get Started?
To get started now, simply follow the 4-Step Process outlined below:
1. Register With Antler Properties
Complete our simple CASH REWARD PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM and submit it to us by fax or mail. We will need your
complete name, address, and phone number so that we know where to mail the checks and how we can reach you. Once
we receive your completed, signed registration form, we will send you a Registration Confirmation via e-mail. As
soon as you receive your confirmation, you are eligible to participate in the Cash Reward Program. Please note,
once payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we will require that you provide your Social Security Number and we
will issue a 1099 IRS Form as required by law.
2. Locate Leads
Find condos, townhouses, houses or apartment buildings that are For Sale By Owner, For Rent by Owner or vacant.
Remember, we buy properties in any part of Montgomery, Prince Georges, Howard and Anne Arundel Counties, in any
condition or price range. Ugly, run-down properties don't bother us. Heck, we even like them!
3. Refer Leads to Antler Properties
Submit our simple CASH REWARD REFERRAL FORM by fax, email, or mail. After reviewing our Leads Database for
duplicates, we will fax or email you a Cash Reward Confirmation indicating the number of qualified leads received
and listed in our Leads Database with your name assigned.
4. Get Paid!
Checks will be mailed (to the address you provided) within 5 business days after we close on a property. Sometimes
you may even receive a surprise check many months after submitting your leads. Once a lead is assigned to your
name, it stays in our database until we buy the property or someone else does.
